it was ten years ago i started this site, and recently i was asked to participate in a photo project that would have me shooting pictures every day. this reminded me of my own photo project, otherside.org which i had long since abandoned and i thought that it would be a good idea to replicate the entries i do for that project here. that project doesn't start until 1/1/2007 but since otherside started on 12/26/1996, i thought it fitting to start it exactly ten years to the day.
i was on my way in to work this morning and i saw the longest earthworm i have ever seen. wikipedia says the average earthworm grows to be 5 to 6 inches long so this one must be above average as my boot is exactly 12 inches. |
